Not again!...

Well Daily Mail, we had hoped you would be able to change the error of your ways (see what I did there - error?) but clearly this is not the case. The photo description has not been your greatest strength recently, so perhaps changing the way you label the photos will help.
This is not 'Gigi Hadid' and this is by far a casual ensemble. Instead we have Chloe Sims.

Oh Daily Mail..

The Daily Mail is a widely trusted newspaper and so you would presume the website to be also. Now I will not lie and say that I am not addicted to the Tv & Showbiz section of the website because I am, it can be very satisfying to read about celebrity lives for a little while. But when you come across an error it can be a little embarrassing to be reading it.
In this photo Jessica Alba has really changed as has her outfit, which has shifted from 'Cute Crop top and Prom skirt' to a three-quarter sleeve dress.
If, like me, you are aware of who Jessica Alba actually is then it is very obvious that this lady is 'Kelly Brook'!

Nevermind Daily Mail there is always next time...

Here Comes a Prancing Doe

Blogging is something I love to do and I make no intention of hiding this. The more I blog, the more I want to improve my skills and the look of my blog. Therefore, I decided it was time to purchase a custom design from Etsy. I had been introduced to one particular seller through a magazine so I had no doubt they would be able to help - that was until I found this stunning error.
Whilst I can slide past the American spelling of customised I cannot hide from the mistake within the asterisks and highlighting the area in this way makes the error even worse. I am sure a 'Doe' will not help me in applying the template.

Therefore the error should read:
 *DOES NOT'

The First Error

On a recent trip to Sherborne to visit some of the local Antique Stores I came across my first Error. A quaint tea shop displayed a poster stating ‘Gluten Free Antiques,’ I'm sure, however, that Antiques are not Gluten Free, but rather the cakes they sold inside were and they also just happen to sale Antiques. This demonstrates the attention to the layout has been lost.
I would suggest the poster should say:

Gluten Free Products
and Antiques

Dossier of Errors

This blog is dedicated to my publishing assignment entitled 'Dossier of Errors'. I will be creating a ‘Dossier of Errors’; finding mistakes online and out in the world. I do hope they continue to be entertaining and thrilling as time goes by.

An error in a piece of text can be a vital mistake. One small error can result in the piece of text no longer being read with the loss of credibility for the author. We are constantly publishing, whether it be with social media online, creating work on a day-to-day basis and also, of course, in book publishing. Therefore, ensuring editing is properly made before publishing anything is very important.
